Marshall Eubanks called trust meeting to order.

There were no minutes to approve.

2. TLP Update 

The Trustees discussed the status of the TLP and summarized the positions the Trust has taken on the following issues: the period closes on 20 July, to retain the 30 day review period, retain the ability to include a short pointed to the BSD license for Code Component legends, reference the BSD license as the ‘simplified’ BSD license in 4.c., provide the rationale for proposed changes in the future, and provide a TLP mailing list.  The Trustees will await more comments.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Bob and was seconded by Henk.  The motion was approved unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:08 am.
