1. TLP Revisions 

•	Approve revisions

The Trustees discussed the TLP revisions as of 18 June, 2009, and that a black line version of what is currently in force against the changes that have been made should be published for the Community’s review.
A motion to adopt the revisions in the TLP 6-18-09 was made by Marshall.  The motion was seconded by Henk and was submitted to a roll call vote:

The motion was approved.

The Trustees discuss the status of the Trust being registered in the State of Virginia.

A motion that the Trust not register in the state of Virginia because the state of Virginia isn’t willing to do so was made by Bob and was seconded by Russ.

The motion was carried unanimously.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Bob and was seconded by Ray.

The motion was carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 10:29 am.
