The Trustees discussed the option of changing the minimum community review period from 30 days to 14 days as it was widely felt that 30 days is too long for the community to await an announcement.

After discussion, this was submitted to a roll call vote:

The Trustees discussed the text in paragraph 6.d.  The new language states, “This is the abbreviated Code Component pointer/legend referred to in 4.e above.”  This was submitted to a roll call vote:

The IAD requested clarity of the qualifier “with the code” and stated that additional language may be necessary to clarify this.  After further discussion regarding this issue was deferred to the 7 May meeting when the Trust will have the opportunity to ratify the interim documents.

The Trustees has a brief discussion about paragraph 6.  Several grammatical changes were made and they were submitted to a roll call vote:
