The meeting was called to order and a roll call was taken.

The Trustees discussed the status of the currently outstanding minutes.  No motions were made regarding this agenda item.

1.	Trust License Policy

The Trustees discussed the various changes that people have been inadvertently making to the document essentially proposing that everything that the IETF publishes be subject to the BSD, which is not consistent with the outbound document.  The Trust was not instructed to make such changes.

A motion to adopt the Trust License Policy dated 10-13-08 as amended with an Effective Date to coincide with RFC 5378 was made by Ed and was seconded by Fred.
